SBS Series SP1T PIN Diode Switches
Taylor Microwave SBS Series PIN diode switches provide fast electronic
switching for RF and microwave applications. The series is available
in multiple frequency bands and can be designed for applications
requiring low insertion loss, high isolation and fast switching.
Stripline or microstrip construction is selected according to
frequency range, power handling, isolation and application
requirements.
Custom designs and additional bandwidths are available. Contact
Taylor Microwave for specific frequency, power, switching-speed
and mechanical requirements.
