Description
The SB4 Series SP4T Pin Diode Switches are designed to route an RF signal from one common input to one of four output ports.
The switches cover multiple frequency bands and use stripline or microstrip construction selected according to the required power handling isolation frequency range and custom integrated assembly requirements.
Standard units use a nominal 50 Ohm impedance and are available with integral TTL or CMOS drivers and either single or dual operating supplies.
