Description
The SB2 Series SP2T Pin Diode Switches are designed for switching an RF input between two output ports. Stripline or microstrip construction can be selected according to the required power handling, isolation, frequency range, and mechanical configuration.
Taylor Microwave can provide standard configurations as well as custom-designed switches for specialized RF and microwave requirements.
Standard units use a nominal 50 ohm impedance and are available with integral TTL/CMOS drivers and either single or dual operating supplies.
